BANANA NUT BREAD from Jeanne Mace
½ cup butter
1 cup sugar
Cream the butter & sugar together until fluffy.
2 eggs
1 cup mashed bananas
Beat in eggs. Blend in bananas.
2 cups sifted flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
Sift dry ingredients together & add slowly to creamed mixture.
1 cup chopped nuts
Add nuts
Place in greased loaf pan 9 x 5 x 3”
Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour
