Lemony Fruit Dip


Lemony Fruit Dip                 

1/3 Cup Sugar

1 TBSP Flour

½ tsp finely shredded lemon peel

¼ Cup Lemon juice

1 well beaten Egg

1 Cup small Marshmellows

1 Cup Mayo

In a 1 quart saucepan combine sugar and flour.  Stir in lemon peel, juice, egg and marshmallows. 

 Cook & stir over low heat until mixture thickens slightly & marshmallows melt, about 10 minutes.


Cool slightly, fold in Mayo.

 Cover & chill.  Makes about 2 cups.


Serve with fruit chunks.
