Taco Pie - Judy M

TACO PIE                from Judy  2003

2 ¼  lb ground beef  
1 pkg taco seasoning mix  
1 cup chopped onions
2 Tablespoons Chili Garlic Sauce (optional)
1 ½ cup milk
3 eggs
1 ½ cup Bisquick mix
2 cups cheddar cheese  (I use more, probably about 3 cups)

Garnish with:

3 tomatoes, diced
shredded lettuce
Sour cream

Grease large 9 x 13 dish.

Cook beef with onions until brown, drain and then stir in seasoning mix package & chili garlic sauce. Spread in plate.  Top with cheese.

Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth. Pour in plate.

Bake 30 minutes at 360 degrees.

Top with (more) cheese, tomatoes and lettuce, and sour cream.
