PINA COLADA CAKE                2007 (From Denise Dollard)

Yellow Butter Cake Mix:  Mix & bake as directed in an oblong pan 9” x 13”. 

Poke holes in the cake as soon as it comes out of the oven. 

Mix together the following, to pour over hot cake:

-         Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk

-         Can of Cream of Coconut

Let cake cool, sprinkle some coconut on top, then cover & put in refrigerator overnight.  Before serving, top with the following:

-         Large tub of Cool Whip

-         Then Coconut flakes
