Pecan Cookie Tarts From

Bake 20
minutes at 350 degrees - makes 48 balls
Use
mini-cupcake type pan
Mix dough for pie crust:
8 oz cream
cheese
2 cups flour
1 stick
marjerine
Divide dough
into 48 balls & drop into tart containers.
Mold the ball into each cup.
Filling:
1 ¾ cups
brown sugar
2 eggs
1 ½ cup
chopped pecans (or whatever nut)
2 TBSP
melted oleo
1 tsp
vanilla
