Mixed Vegetables Casserole - Pam


MIXED VEGETABLES CASSEROLE –        (Pam K 1994)

2 cans vegetables (drained)  

1 can peas (I use LeSueur small young sweet peas)

1 can chopped water chestnuts (drained)

1 cup mayo (to top of cup)

1 heaping Tablespoons Sour cream

1 ½  cup grated cheese (I use Monterrey Jack & Cheddar)

1 can fried onions (6 oz)

Mix all of above together (onions last), put mixture in oblong cake pan.

Mix topping:

1 stick melted butter

1 roll pack of Ritz crackers, crumbled.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes

Bake until brown & bubbly
