Ricotta cheese
Egg
Cheddar cheese – shredded (I use cheddar-jack mixed cheese)
Mozzerella cheese - shredded
Parmesan cheese – grated
Oregano
Lasagna Noodles – 12-15
Boil noodles until tender (about 20 min). Drain, rinse with cold water, leave in cold
water until use.
Mix Ricotta cheese, one egg, salt & pepper. Set aside.
Mix Ragu sauce, sprinkle in salt, pepper, oregano (&
crushed garlic if desired), & hamburger (consistency like sloppy joe mix).
Layer:
Noodles
Cheddar &
Mozzerella cheese
Hamburger mixture
Ricotta mixture
Cheddar & Mozzerella cheese
Repeat with a 2nd layer. Make sure top layer is totally covered with
Ragu mixture so the cheese won’t burn & the noodles won’t dry up.
Bake 400 degrees about 35 minutes.
