Cold Pasta Salad


COLD PASTA SALAD                                     

Pasta shells – cook and drain
Cubed Pepperoni, salami, ham, provolone cheese (I also used Muenster)

Drained green and black olives - chop
Chopped Green pepper, celery, onions

2 Tablespoons Oregano
½ Cup Vinegar

¾ Cup Olive Oil (or salad oil)
Fresh grated parmesan cheese

Grated Cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese
Lots of fresh ground black pepper

Salt
I also added chopped tomato

Let sit in fridge overnight.
