Italian Chicken


Italian Chicken

Marinate skinless, boneless chicken breasts in robust Italian Dressing a few hours

Put on each piece, one at a time:

  Salt

  Pepper

  Garlic Powder

  Italian bread crumbs


You can then bake it slowly, or I pour some of the Italian Dressing into my electric skillet, put in the dressed-up chicken as I dressed each piece, add more bread crumbs on top of each piece, then slow cook it.  Turns out great!
