Guacamole Dip


GUACAMOLE’ DIP

2 ripe avocados, peeled & pitted

1 medium onion, finely chopped

2 green chili peppers, finely chopped

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp ascorbic acid mixture (I don’t use)

1 medium tomato, peeled & finely chopped

Mash avocados, add onion, peppers, lemon juice, salt, pepper, & ascorbic acid mixture.

Beat until creamy.

Gently fold in tomato

Cover & refrigerate until served.

Makes about 2 cups
