Salmon Ball or Log


Salmon Ball or Log                   Alaska Mag 2010


1 pint canned salmon, drained

1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened

1 TBSP lemon juice

1 TBSP minced onion

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp liquid smoke

¼ tsp horseradish (it’s also good without it)

½ cup crushed nuts

Combine well and chill.

Form into a ball or log & roll in crushed nuts

Serve with crackers or toasted baguette slices.
